I don't think it could be, since autumn is "aki", but I could be wrong...

'Cause if you search Momiji on google images, theres lots of autumn leaves.

The "Momi" Kanji in Momiji means "Deep red" or "Maple," so you might have found pictures of Maple leafs, since I think the reading for "Ji" can be leaf too. (Though the actually word is "ha," ne?)
