Ok, te summary was a little confusing, but here is what I know.

Yuki and Haru are talking about Tohru at school. Yuki makes note that until today the only visitors that were allowed were family. (that includes Yuki, Kyo, and Shigure along with her real family) Haru says something along the lines of, "Oh, then thats probably why Momiji suddenly dissapeared. He went to see Tohru." Yuki gives a small laugh and says something like, "Yeah, but Honda-san won't like it that he is skipping class to see her." Meanwhile, Arisa and Saki are threatning Kyo...XD

It skips to Momiji leaving the hospital. There, Momiji sees Akito sitting a bench outside. Momiji asks if Akito was there to see Tohru or Kureno. (kureno was stabbed by akito, remember?) Akito responds by saying that Tohru and Kureno should both blame her more for the things that she had done. Then Akito remembers all the times that Kureno was so nice to her.

Akito starts to cry and Momiji asks why she cries. Akito states that she is mad at herself. Momiji offers Akito a handkerchief and tells Akito to starts cherishing the people she cares about. Then asks Akito if she wants to hear the story of The Foolish Traveler. Momiji says, "if you hear it....theres no dought you'll want to go see Tohru."

It skips agian to Akito going into Tohru's room. She hesitates to go completely in. Tohru is sitting upright, and holds her hand out. Akito gets all teary eyed and smiling, and reaches out to grab Tohru's hand.
